| 偏方秘方验方治疗慢性腰肌劳损 1. 牛膝猪肉汤 (Niuxi Pork Tang for chronic lumber muscle strain) 土牛膝 50 - 100 克,瘦猪肉 60 克,冰糖 30 克。水煎服,每日一剂,分两次服。 Herb Tu Niuxi 50-100 gram, Pork (without fat tissue) 60 gram, crystal sugar 30 gram. Cook in water. Drink it twice. This is one-day dose. 用此法治疗腰肌劳损患者108例,均获得痊愈。其中服药1-3天者96例,4-7天痊愈者12例。 This formula has been used in 108 patients with chronic lumber muscle strain. All were cured. Among them, 96 cases were cured after drinking of the herbal solution for 1 to 3 doses. Twelve of them were cured after 4 to 7 doses. 2. 泽泻白芥子汤 (Zexie Baijiezi Tang for chronic lumber muscle strain) 泽泻 7.5 克,白芥子 6 克,防己6 克,白术 15 克,肉桂 3 克,山药 15 克,柴胡 4.5 克,薏苡仁 6 克,莲子 6 克,甘草 1.5 克,生姜,大枣为引。 Herb Zexie 7.5 gram, Baijiezi 6 gram, Fangji 6 gram, Baizhu 15 gram, Rougui 3 gram, Shangyao 15 gram, Chaihu 4.5 gram, Yiyiren 6 gram, Lianzi 6 gram, Gancao 1.5 gram, Shengjiang 1.5 gram, Dazao 1.5 gram. This is one-day dose. Cook in water to collect water extract. Drink it three times a day. 3. 白术薏苡仁汤 (Baizhu Yiyiren Tang for chronic lumber muscle strain) 白术 40 - 120 克,薏苡仁 30 - 90 克,芡实 30 - 60 克,续断 20 克,桑寄生 20 克。水煎服,日一次。 Baizhu 40-120 gram, Yiyiren 30-90 gram, Qianshi 30-60 gram, Xuduan 20 gram, Sangjisheng 20 gram. Cook in water to collect water extract. Drink it three times a day. 用本方治疗 50 例腰痛患者,痊愈 42 例,显效 4 例,有效 3 例,无效 1 例。 This formula has been used in 50 cases. Cook in water to collect water extract. Drink the herbal tea twice. 主治:慢性腰痛。 曾治疗50 例,痊愈 40 例,效果不明显者 4 例,中断治疗者 6 例。 This formula is used for chronic lower back pain. It has been used in 50 patients. Among them, 40 were cured, 4 failed, and 6 did not finish the treatment program. 5. 醋鸡蛋方 (Vinegar-egg for lower back pain) 将鸡蛋放入醋中煮 8 分钟。每天睡前食三个醋鸡蛋。可久服。 Cook chicken egg in vinegar for 8 min. Eat thee such eggs every day before going to bed. 6. 二乌液 (Er Wu Ye) 川乌 35 克,草乌 35 克,杜仲 35 克,忍冬藤 35 克,当归 35 克,五加皮 35 克,海风藤 35 克,红糖 100 克,冰糖 100 克,白酒 1500 毫升。 Chuanwu 35 gram, Caowu 35 gram, Duzhong 35 gram, Rendongteng 35 gram, Danggui 35 gram, Wujiapi 35 gram, Haifengteng 35 gram, Hongtang 100 gram, Bingtang 35 gram, Liquor 1500 ml. 将诸草药先煎 2 小时,加入 红糖和冰糖,待融化后,加入白酒。每日早晚各服一次,每次10 - 20 毫升。 First cook the herbs in water for 2 hours. Drink it with warm wine from time to time. 8. 大豆热敷方 (Soya bean) Soya bean. Rinse in water over night, fry it again to dryness. Put into cotton bag. Apply it, when it is still warm, on to the lower back. Change to a new and warm one, if it turns cold. 9. 白扁豆方 (Bai Bian Dou formula) 白扁豆水煎,随时服。疗效佳。 White bean. Cook in water. Drink the soup from time to time. It works too. 10. 糯米茴香方 (Glutinous rice and Fennel) 糯米3.6 升,炒黄,装布袋,趁热敷于腰部。另取茴香末,用酒调服,疗效佳。 Glutinous rice 3.6 liter. Fry it until it turns yellow in color. Add it into a cotton bag, apply onto the painful spot of the lower back. Further more, take some fennel, grind into fine powder. Drink the powder with the help of wine for swallow. It also works. 11. 土鳖虫方 (Tubiechong formula) 外伤或肾虚腰痛,用土鳖虫若干只,焙黄以酥为度,研细末,每次 6 克白开水或黄酒送服。每晚一次,孕妇禁用。对骨折和腰椎间盘突出的腰痛无效。 When the lower back pain is due to trauma or kidney weakness, take Tubiechong some, bake to yellow in color and to soft. Grind it into fine powder. Drink the powder 6 gram each time, with the help of warm boiling water or wine for swallow. Drink every night, one time. It does not work for lower back pain due to bone fraction or do lumbar disk herniation. |
